Gorgeous villa from where you can enjoy the most spectacular view of Porto Rotondo, strategically located within walking distance from the center. In 2003 the house was completely renewed and today the central body of the villa consists of a large living room with wide panoramic windows overlooking the gulf and the sea of Porto Rotondo, with double exposure, large sofas, TV, satellite, stereo, hot-cold air conditioning and a beautiful patio sheltered from the wind. The white dining room with a crystal table for 6 people with large windows overlooks the harbour and the swimming pools in the garden. The new kitchen with a table for 8 people is fully equipped, with an oven and two refrigerators, industrial freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, barbecue, blender, toaster and hot-cold air conditioning. The corridor leads to the completely separate sleeping area. In the main villa there are 4 beautiful bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, other 2 bedrooms are set in the guest houses and another bedroom is located in the staff area.  Immersed in a beautiful garden, there are two large swimming pools, one of which is a heated Jacuzzi, and two barbecue areas. The patio of the villa is the most sheltered and optimal place for pleasant dinners, it is furnished with a 4 meters long table that comfortably seats 14 people. One of the most chic and equipped beaches is just 400 mt away, here you can book exclusive sun umbrellas and bar service.
